Fabricated by Integrated Molding Solutions polyJet 3D printing services. These flexible plastic grommets were 3D printed with a plastic material alloy, combining a rigid Polyjet material with a flexible plastic material. This project highlights IMS’s ability to design plastic parts. This replacement part was reverse-engineered from a broken example. These flexible plastic grommets were made with the Polyjet 3D printer to match the shore hardness of the OEM part.
